Really great layouts in the units with lots of storage space. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Community is quiet overall and has good amenities. Good location with easy access to the highway. Maintenance is great. Office does not answer the phone if you call so you will have to leave a message or stop by but they are helpful if you are able to get ahold of them.

Just moved here and staff has been great and very helpful during the move in process. Lauren has been very essential in helping me and my roommates call this complex a home! I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone living in the 336 area

They'll reel you in with nice apartments, nice pool/cabana/fireplace and great leasing agents. Then the trash service will only work about half the time can't keep a maintenance manager and when you move out they will take your security deposit and charge on top if it for cleaning an already clean apartment.

Worst Aparments I've dealt with! I hired and have shown receipts of carpet being cleaned and they will charge you anyways. All but 1 picture show no dirt or anything but will charge you for cleaning when you don't receive it cleaned in the first place. I've had many questions which I'll call about and my phone has NEVER been answered in the 2 years I've been here. The team isn't friendly whatsoever and everything is a chore to them. I've been in upper management for a long time and the lack of service is something I thought to be in fairy tales. I had my vehicle broken into the first week i was there and they don't even have security cameras for proof. I got lucky last December when my vehicle wasn't there the night other cars got broken into again. They know about the bad parking and don't care. I'll have to park upfront by the water fountain daily and walk by 4-5 cars with no sticker and nobody gets towed. Also they want to charge 4 months rent to break a lease early even if you are moving for a promotion.
