I’ve been living here over two years and through management changes and all nothing has changed I still have work orders in my apartment that haven’t been completed since I moved in. Literally all the amenities in this complex are non operable that includes the gym the pool which has ent been open in 2 years the courts which looked like they haven’t been maintained since they were first built, the laundry room is disgusting the unit I’m living in now has a washer that has had standing water for over a month now and it wreaks and now rent for a standard unrenovated 1 bed has gone from $565 to $899 so yeah $899 for an apartment and no amenities if that’s what you looking for this is the place for you if not STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was aware of the community but noticed it was under new management. Helping a relative relocate to the area, Shana was extremely helpful in making the transition smooth. She was very knowledgeable about what it would take financially as well as the documentation that would be required.Even when there was a challenge with getting specific documentation, Shana facilitated the communication to upper management and they worked patiently with us to acquire the necessary documents for approval. We’re all set and we appreciate the courtesy, kindness and dedication to make the plan work that we’ve received. Thank you, Shana!

I've been moved in and squared away expediently and easily with the stuff. The whole process took only a lil more than a week and they helped me finalize my necessities with amenities to help me get by graciously. Too many details, but I am greatly appreciative of the customer service and team work of Shana and Amy, especially, and I thank the staff for helping me move in here.

When I first applied to these apartments, It was a rough start as the management company I was dealing with was in transit of leaving as a new company took over. It WAS a rough start as I had been on a waiting list to move in. But new management has been very accommodating with all the mess that they stepped into. I can appreciate everyone in the office who worked hard on getting me moved in per my request move-in date. So far its been great living here & quiet too. I haven't had any problems and the maintenance guy Jason has been VERY helpful! To the people leaving negative comments, you can't judge a company by the previous one. Want to Thank all of you for all that you do...

Please do not rent apartments here, they are very rude and you do not want to experience their ill-manner at all, believe me. Both Kendra and Lavonne should get fired because they do not care about the issues of the residents here. And they are the worst manager and assistant manager I have ever seen in Brannon Park apartments. Also they should stop their nonsense fake reply, when residents reach out to them or talk to them in person about their apartment issues they do not even take them seriously, moreover they both are very rude to everyone.
