Really terrible since new management took over. Their online portals make it really hard to see your current charges and they're really terrible about making things easy for you when it comes to figuring out the paperwork. Very convoluted.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANNA LIVE STRESS-FREE!!! From horrible customer service to a sneaky way of them stealing from you. This company lies in every way possible never takes responsibility for any of their mistakes and again they lie a lot, especially Urquia the assistant manager and you will never be able to even contact the manager at any point. They were robbing me for 12 months then had the nerve to tell me they were robbing me and then tried to make it seem as if I was the one who was wrong in the situation. Also, they will charge you for whatever they can when you are moving out even for the smallest piece of trash.

Our experience with this community hasn't been great from cracks in the ceiling and possible mold that was said by the assistant manager that it wasn't mold but just dirt. There is also a lack of lawn care and mud puddles in the yard. In addition to that, there is a lack of lights in the parking lot The parking lot is pitch black at night. The paint jobs are horrible inside of the apartment. We have been here only 7 months and had to have them come repaint because of peeling. There is also cracks in the bath tubs makes horrible sounds when taking a shower. Also, there is an issue with spiders and insects entering the apartment due to lack of proper insulation. Not to mention nobody seems to answer the office phone most of the times and you're forwarded to an answering service that never can actually help. We also have a non-functioning gates which allows unwanted guests and loitering/illegal activities. 4/8/2022 Update: Currently they are doing renovations on the property and they took down all the screens on the screen in porches. Well actually they look ripped down all over the apartment complex and they are not willing to put them back up until they are done with all the renovations on the property. They said there is a list they are adding everyone to and sending to the construction team like they don’t know everyone’s screen porch isn’t ripped off. If you request yours to put back up individually for personal reasons like having kids or not wanting your patio furniture ruined by bugs and bees coming into your patio it’s nothing that came be done but wait till renovations are done. There is still a lot of issues from crime to no lighting in parking lot that it seems like they refuse to fix. I would not recommend living here because they seem to not care about the safety or concerns of their residents. They also, raised the rent $200 more and def not worth it. They say they are just keeping up with inflation but you have to keep up with the apartment standards across the board as well. Rent a house it’s about the same price! Less headache! Update: Same issues are still happening. But now they are done with apartment construction and have moved to the clubhouse instead of fixing all of our screen in porches. Now bees and birds and all type of animals are able to friendly go in and out of our screen in porch. We now have to wait until the clubhouse is done before our screened in porches can be fixed! Like I mentioned before don’t waste your time or money here.

This place used to be really nice, it's been purchased by a new corporation from Florida, they are letting it slide. They hired some company to replace the siding and they've done more damage than good. When they removed the old siding they tore up a lot of stuff underneath, in the walls. Their giant crowbar came into our dining room from outside. Now our AC doesn't work and I'd bet money they damaged a line in the wall and the freon leaked out. It's not going to be an easy fix. These contractors also destroyed landscaping and leave trash and debri all over the place. The way things have gone in the last few months has been a huge disappointment.
