‼️‼️‼️if i could i wouldn’t even rate this place with a star. i would not move here. it’s literally the ghetto!!! 🥴the leasing office is terrible if you need something done you need to call the actual property manger because the one in the leasing office is definitely ghetto & ratchet calls herself the”warden” she look like one too.🥴🥴🥴 i definitely did not renew my lease. help yourself move else!!!! I bet they wrote their own reviews below 😂

To whom it may concern I am a resident at sedgefield apartments sense i been here there has been 3 sets of property manager's here and this 3rd one now one has been by far the best management here Mrs. Nancy Plowden and Mrs. Janaya Coleman Has did a full 360 herr at this place Maintenance has been addressed as soon as there is an issue The garbage men are coming more They show up to work everyday on time and stay there full shift They keep the grounds coean and very respectful to the tents Anyone that has anything negative to say is because there probably behind and rent and don't want to pay I personal was over $4,000.00 behind in rent And not able to work at the time Although i communicated with Mrs.Nancy and Mrs.Janaya and they was very understanding and was able to provide resources for assistants Most of all they was able to get the pool back open So thank to everyone that played a part in this great change 👍🙏😁👌

This place was fairly decent before the new management took over, they came in and now everything is horrible. They are upping the rent a ridiculous amount but never want to fix anything or answer phone calls, the dude shoots videos in the office after hours but can’t even return a phone call? Maintenance request take forever to be filled and now I see why people are just moving left and right. Bring the old company back! I’m out of here asap

I applied online like I was told by the staff. In order to complete the application I was required to pay both the application and administrative fees, which wasn't how the staff said it would go but was assured that if I was turned down, it would be refunded. That turned out not to be true, when I went back to discuss it with the staff, I was directed to the online portal again. I cannot get a response from there so I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I highly advise avoiding this entire company.
