My daughters AC has been out for weeks now and no one will return her emails . Her fridge leaks that still hasn’t been fix since she moved in . My friend has been without a toilet for a week or longer and no one has return her emails either . Terrible maintenance! A huge health risk not having a workable bathroom! We will be reporting this to the health department.

We have a 9 month lease (March-December) and they do charge a short-term lease fee. It’s not too ridiculously priced given that we do have two spacious bedrooms and a nice bathroom. However, my only concerns is bugs getting in. I’ve been finding a lot of spiders and I’ve talked to the leasing office about the roaches outside and they said they were going to spray in our apartment but never have. They are HUGE, they will CHASE you, and they only come out at night. Beware if you’re leaving at night or coming home at night. One of them got into our apartment somehow and fell on me while I was in bed, so there’s a fun story. Overall, this is a comfortable place to live. We are full-time college students and tend to stay up later than usual but it’s still fairly quiet around during those hours. The hardware in the shower is definitely old and needs replaced, and there’s no handles on the kitchen cabinets or drawers which is confusing. Everything else is fine, but I will always update with more information.

We’ve been without hot water for a week now.. Expected to pay rent, trash, and pest fees on time when we don’t have any of those services provided in a timely manner. The pest control hasn’t been here since 2020 when we moved in and now this is the 5th time within a year we have no hot water. It has been out since thursday last week, but they didn’t realize until 5 days later and it’s still not fixed. Send out an email saying it’ll be fixed the next morning and that was 3 days ago. Today is saturday and i’m still using cold water every time i turn the faucet on. I could go on and on about the problems in these “luxury” apartments but I just regret ever signing a lease for these people.

Honestly, i know that times are tough right now and finding a new place with a reasonable price is difficult. But, i dont recommend this place. The apartment itself is nice. but they do fail to mention that there is lead paint, they didn't let me know until move in day. the pool is closed, they had it open for all of five days. the first day it was open i went, and there was a fight happening. there was blood on the sidewalk from it. i emailed them about it and never got a response. They closed the pool due to vandalism. Ive even seen little babies outside unattended in a diaper. my neighbors love to play music, i love music too so it doesn't always bother me bother except when it's three am on monday and you can hear their music from the parking lot. it makes my floors vibrate, and i can't sleep and neither can my son. i get playing music throughout the day but it is every single night until really late hours. as a person who works at 7 am everyday, this is hell. the people here seem to lack respect for eachother and property. I just feel like i am wasting so much money. i pay an extra fee for them to pick up trash but they hardly ever pick mine up, and you cannot opt out of that fee. Honestly if i could afford to break my lease i would.

I think the credit check is only to determine your deposit. But I applied under different management
The apartments have been under new management for about the past year and changed their name to the avenue. The apartments are very spacious and the renovated models feature new and modern cabinets, countertops, appliances and fixtures.
Yes. They check criminal, credit and rental history. They aren’t as strict as some places w credit requirements or history. They can make acceptions and try to have denied applications overridden. Not the best place in the world to live, but not at the fault of the staff. If you apply, deal with Sharon in the office. She’s awesome.
They might if you have earn 3 times the rent AND have a co-signer/guarantor with more than sufficient income and credit. Even then, it’s not guaranteed but it’s likely as long as they have available units. I would recommend trying to get in if you have an eviction bc they will at least try to approve you. A lot of places won’t even consider. You’ll have a higher deposit for sure.
