Lexington Commons apartments is a nice place to live whether a student, a professional or even with a small family size. I spend a year here and I do not have much to complain about. It is quiet, my apartment was spacious enough for my needs, i had a nice professional relation with the manager and she responded whenever I had a question or an issue of maintenance. There is ample parking for residents and that was nice. With that said though, i believe that we should always improve and there are few things that I would change. All apartments don't have a screen door and those who have one pay a fee for it, I don't think that it normal since the renter will not go away with the door at the end of their lease. There should be a real bell at the door not some toys that ring by themselves and die even unused. The main issue I have had here is AC, it works well only on the lower floor. Not sure who did the building's plans but upstairs, even when you crank AC, you still don't get cold air flowing well during hot days from spring to Summer. So it can be very cold downstairs and very hot upstairs at the same time. This should really be addressed. I wish I didn't have to leave, but for professional reasons i have to. I would recommend Lexington Commons to friends.

One of the best renting experiences I've ever had. The application process and move in were really smooth and easy. The property manager is really sweet and kind, and the property is well maintained. The neighbors are really quiet and overall it's been very peaceful here. The rent is a great deal for the amount of space and I really like the layout of the units.

I moved into Lexington Commons in March 0f 2019. My initial contact was with the complex Manager, Debbie Coleman. Debbie is excellent at her job, in addition she is a caring, compassionate individual. I was given all the information I'd need to facilitate my move... Duke Energy, Cable etc. A checklist was provided and any issues were attended to promptly. However, I had an on-going problem with my guest toilet . Maintenance would come "snake" and for a few days the toilet worked. I requested a plumber, but t that I give the new Maintenance Supervisor, Jasper and his Assistant Moises an opportunity to resolve. Well they came in, examined the "patient" thoroughly, performed surgery..and cleared up the problem. Justin reiterated, that if I experienced any further problem to let management know immediately. Well, that was almost 2 weeks ago and the toilet continues to work as efficiently as it should. I feel confident knowing Lexington Commons hires qualified and dedicated ppl.and would most definitely recommend. It's a quiet complex and has convenient local amenities. Good Move Me!!!!

Lexington Commons is a great place to live and be close to downtown and other popular areas. The prices are unbeatable which made me nervous at first but looking back on my time here, it exceeded my expectations. In all, I had 3 maintenance requests (including replacing the washer) and all were met with speed and professionalism. Debbie, in the front office, was always super sweet and makes a point to get to know the tenants. I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming here for work or is new to the area. Their flexible leases made it really easy to work around my schedule. If you need flexible and inexpensive with a courteous staff this is your place.
