This is my second time reviewing after they asked google to remove the first, so I’ll run it back. 1) Roaches everywhere even though we are charged a pest control fee, and even though they will let themselves into you apartment a few times a year with little warning to spray god knows what, wherever they want. 2)Carla, the property manager, threatened to file an illegal eviction and make sure it would go on my credit report so that I couldn’t rent again. The month after I left my same 2 bedroom went on the market for $200 more every month. 3) There were holes in walls the day I moved in, dirt and dead roaches under sinks, the oven, the refrigerator and in every nook and cranny, cracks in walls, peeling paint, sockets and switches falling off of walls, leaky faucets, broken doors, windows that wouldn’t open, and so much more. My downstairs neighbor’s snoring problem became my insomnia problem and the AC unit in my apartment sounded like a freight train. … this was what I expected when I paid 725/month for a two bedroom, but why would anyone pay 950 here when you can get better quality and lower prices down the road at amber ridge or the Hamptons at country park.

In the two years I lived here, I went through a woefully miserable experience. From my apartment flooding, to losing hot water several times, being unable to use my appliances or water at all due to low-budget piping that made food come out of my bathroom sink (yep, you read that correctly), to paying for amenities like the pool for two summers that never even opened. Honestly the list could go on for ages. There was total lack of transparency with the property office, and I honestly didn’t even know who the property manager would be from one day to the next because no one ever lasted more than a few months. Not to mention I got hit with fees upon vacating that were never brought to my attention despite my repeated declaration that I was moving out due to an unfortunate financial situation. My honest advice is to avoid any apartments like these that are owned by a management group. They are ruthless, soulless entities that care about overcharging you and maintaining as close to max occupancy as possible and nothing more. You sign your life away and get destroyed financially if you even think about vacating early. They rope you into dissertation length leases that are incredibly vague and could change at the drop of a hat without you even knowing. It is the shadiest business practice I’ve ever witnessed in my adult life, and this complex is right there with the worst of the worst. Please avoid at all costs.

This was such a great first apartment experience for myself and some recent graduates. We are moving after this first year for unrelated circumstances, but have had no problems on the property. Any maintenance issues have been promptly checked up on.

This apartment is a great deal. The rent is amazing for the amount of space you get. I just moved to this complex a month ago and the staff has been really responsive and quick about fulfilling any requests I have. They fixed all the issues I had when I moved in within a week. Crystal, Travis & Yeti are really nice people and were very helpful with my transition into my new home.
