Location is great, check-in is good, parking is good, the room which we stayed was comfortable, the bed and the pillows are so soft, the hotel was very quite that i liked this, only the house keeping was very late but despite this i would stay at this again in the future...

You can't beat the price, for the location. Within walking distance to Disney Springs. Super nice staff.

Had such a great stay here over 3 nights! The proximity to Disney Springs is incredible and is a very easy 10 minute walk from the hotel and the area feels safe. Some rooms can see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom which was a great bonus! The food offerings from the bar were good, and the pool area was well maintained. The bus from the hotel to the parks was easy to use too and is free. Overall it was a fantastic stay, the only thing I would flag as a suggestion is that the hotel move away from using so much single use plastic as all meals are in takeaway containers with plastic bags and the free lemonade is in plastic cups too so hopefully they can move away from this in the future.

Clean property, clean rooms, reasonable price and great location.

It is one of the BEST Hotels but a little pricey. EVERYONE there is so very kind and helpful with anything you need. I couldn't do anything with my hair and one of the House Staff came and Braided my Hair. Now that's service with a smile. Would recommend 100%
With a card to make the parking charge and the daily fee
There are balconies with most rooms, hoever not comfortable. Don't pay additional for fireworks room... I couldnt see anything. Waste of money. Rooms are nice. Short walk to Disney Springs. Very convenient.
They have pre made pastries and a small, expensive, made to order manue.
It served start at 7am and you can order to go to take it to your room. Ah.. I'm sorry.. I forgot how much it cost 😞
Yep. 11pm. Great pool, we hot tub every night after a long day in a park.
They do to Disney and those are free
Yes, theme park parking is free for WDW resort guests. I would recommend you take the park transportation provided by the hotel you're staying in. You'll get into the park faster. I would suggest driving your car to the park on your last day, if you plan on heading home right after. Jump in the car and go, without having to go back to the hotel first.
I really didn't take notice, but it does not appear to be monitored in any way. No visible security personnel nor noticable cameras (unless you count the valet as security). The parking lot is completely open: no walls, fencing, or barrier other than bushes along the roadway and an entry/exit arm/gate. That said, there was very little foot traffic in front of the hotels so I would feel confident that my vehicle is safe... It is certainly no less safe than any other hotel.
Are there any cheaper options close by?
Thank you for staying with me, mi casa tu casa, by the way the car don't worry about. I will let you find a red carpet with a limousine. It's all set my friend see you soon.
I had to pay for the tickets separately and I don't remember them saying anything about extra hours.. I was there at the end of March of this year. But you should call the hotel and ask them, because maybe they have a Vacation Package. And if you know that you are going to be eating lunch or dinner at the park You MUST make reservations now. They told me at the park that people make reservations months in advance. Good Luck and enjoy your Vacation.
You can add the breakfast to your room. But if you have 4 adults, will only cover 2.
Yes they have a Shuttle to all of the Parks and Anywhere else you want to go. You will ENJOY your stay with them. My goodness I would stay there again and again. Everyone is so very kind and helpful, Like they are doing what they love and that is helping you and your family. Have a WONDERFUL vacation.😊
Nope. But they reserve the right of admission.
It is not on Disney property. It does have bus service to the parks and walking distance to Disney Springs.
The hotel has a restaurant..also its very close to disney springs. You will find many restaurants there.
Not on Disney world property. It is a hike to Disney springs if u are older or handicapped. But u can take buses from any of the hotels on the resort. I keep my home thermostat at 74. I am cold. I had no problem with temp. I went in November. Was 70-80 outside. I have stayed at holiday Inn 2 times now. No issues at all.
Yes a local shuttle service
No only stayed while on vacation not booked at all
I'd say 5-7 min
Time depends what park you want. It's a 7 minute walk to Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) or a 10-15 minute drive to the other parks on the free shuttle provided.
Call the hotel
