There are balconies with most rooms, hoever not comfortable. Don't pay additional for fireworks room... I couldnt see anything. Waste of money. Rooms are nice. Short walk to Disney Springs. Very convenient.
Yes some rooms have balconies. Self parking is $14. There are shuttles that run from the hotel to the parks and Disney springs
Walking to Disney springs from that hotel is about 10 minutes.
I didn't pay anything extra for a balcony room. But I could see the fireworks the first night I was there. It's a pretty long walk for Disney springs, I recommend driving. There are parking decks that are free to park at Disney Springs. Hotel parking is not free. It's cheaper without valet parking. Free shuttles to and from the parks. Love the hotel.
$19 resort fee.
