Not on Disney world property. It is a hike to Disney springs if u are older or handicapped. But u can take buses from any of the hotels on the resort. I keep my home thermostat at 74. I am cold. I had no problem with temp. I went in November. Was 70-80 outside. I have stayed at holiday Inn 2 times now. No issues at all.
No, but only a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs and busses run to all the parks every 30 minutes.
Located just off the resort property but connected by shuttles.. Hotel is very nice with several restaurants. Especially liked the poolside grill. Have no complaints about air conditioning was very comfortable.
No, its near Disney Springs. However, I wouldn't recommend this place because they keep the rooms at 60 degrees and you can't control the temp yourself. If u enjoy freezing with air vents blowing right at ur bed- go for it.

It is not technically on Disney property, but it is within the Disney resort. Just a few minute walk to Disney Springs. Highly recommend this hotel if you just don't want to spend the money for a Disney resort.
