Both visits there the apartments were cleaned. The staff there is really nice and I'm sure if the unit is not cleaned you can asked they will send the cleaning services as soon as they can.

We had a great time and had no problems. We cannot wait to return.

We often do this. You just need to give your name and the address of the resort. All parcels are delivered to the Clubhouse and held there to be signed for by guests at reception.

The one we stayed in did not have a hair dryer.

Close the closest casino you'll find is that the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa. Or on one of the cruise ships at Port Canaveral but Out on the Ocean. Sorry no casinos in Orlando or Kissimmee.

There is a beach on Davenport Lake front with hotel style beach chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, beach games, pool, jaccuzzies, room service, tiki bar, restaurant, and karaoke two nights a week. The gulf coast ( Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg area) is a 45 minute drive while the space coast ( Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, St Augustine ) is an hour and a half the opposite direction. There are five water amusement parks nearby within short driving distance and Disney World is right in the back yard where you can see the fire works from the club house pool area at night. Davenport lake has a nice pier that you can fish from with proper fishing license and some, enjoy boating. However, swimming is not allowed there due to wild life. The staff is A+ and the onsite Tradewinds restaurant has really good food and Caribbean style drinks that can be delivered anywhere on site or used as room service. There is also sauna, Spa, fitness center and walking trails through nature areas. Excellent place.
