I came in to get contacts lenses after having 2 frustrating experiences at other area opticals. I was amazed by how kind and attentive the staff were. Very Dissatisfied! I had an 8:40am appointment this morning. The front door was locked at 8:30am when I arrived. The sign on the front door stated that they open at 9am; however, they did open the doors at 8:40am. I was screened, and told by the tech that the Doctor would see me in a few minutes. Twenty-five minutes after my scheduled appointment, 9:05am to be exact, the Doctor came walking through the front door. I did ask a tech if that was indeed the doctor...she stated yes; needless to say, I immediately cancelled my appointment and left.

Because getting your pupils dilated can leave you sensitive to light for several hours following your appointment, it’s wise to bring sunglasses to the appointment.

A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency.
