It is very disappointing to leave this review. The facilities are nice, but the clubhouse staff and security have ruined the experience. With an hour left before they close the club house at 8, yes 8pm, they would not allow my kids to play putt-putt or play in the game room. In fact the front person came in the game with security to escort me, and two 8 year old boys out of the game room. Me, asking if the room is still open for another 30mins their response was, “no, not for you.” Sadly, it doesn’t matter how nice the facility is when the staff looks like they are being forced to work, and care little about the visitors experience makes it hard to suggest this to any of my friends.

If you are thinking about investing in a property at this community for yourself or as a rental…..DON’T! The on site management team is incredibly rude, lacks professionalism in a major way, and no one communicates or ever knows what’s going on. The grounds on the property are always covered in debris, the security guards ride around smoking cigarettes on golf carts but no one every bothers to pick up the trash on the property or located directly next to the security gate as you are leaving the property. The sprinkler systems are managed by the HOA so good luck if you have a leak! Ours has been running for 4 days and counting at full speed and they refuse to send someone to turn it off or fix it so the front yard is a complete mud puddle. Not to mention it’s just shooting straight up in the air… In short, they do just enough to show off the glitz and glam, but it stops at the surface level. With so many options for luxury housing in the area, I would highly recommend finding somewhere else where the staff actually cares about you and your guests, and they work together to help provide solutions to you as an owner. It will be interesting to see where this community ends up in the next few years.

We stayed here February of 2021 The Clubhouse, Resort Pool, Lazy River and mini golf were all open. The water slides were open 2 of the 7 days we were they and they were still working on them the other days. While chatting with one of the employees, I was told that the clubhouse opened in November of 2020 but was still in the "soft open" phase and that the Grand opening would be later this summer.

Yes, we didn't have enough parking space in the driveway and parked 2 cars on the street. The property security guards simple asked us not to block driveways or sidewalks and to not park on the opposite side of another vehicle (which would make the road space tight).
