Had the most pleasant experience this morning while picking mobile orders for my friends and me. The staff was so friendly, and they made sure that we had everything in our order, and even offered to give us donuts. He was the sweetest man, and it made my day to be treated so nicely and with respect. Good job, Penn Yan Dunkin!

Any time I get anything from this Dunkin, my order is almost always wrong, no matter how simple the order. Save yourself the hassle and get your coffee elsewhere. Updated to add: ordered a hot chocolate with coconut. Asked if that’s what it was at the window. Was assured that it was. Got to work, and it was black coffee.

They dont know how to make there matcha drinks here. Extremely foamy on the top. Only had 2 sips and not even half full. Update Just got it fixed. They fixed it without hesitation. Thank you

Best if you can beat the morning rush, but the coffee is awesome and the original food selections are unique; they punch above their weight (they can hold theie own with Starbucks or any other upscale foodie spot!)
