I guess the phone issue has not been resolved. I called a couple of times today and no response and/or call back. I hear he is a great Physician but I may never know.

I love Dr. Duval and his office staff. He is very professional and takes time to listen to your concerns. Like others the problem I have is getting through on the phones. Bond Clinic needs to try and get the phones working right. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Doval is a wonderful doctor and the staff is very friendly but, they have a HUGE problem with answering phones/returning phone calls. In the past it’s taken me several attempts to get a hold of someone just to make an appt. I have an appt today I’m trying to reschedule because I woke up with a sore throat. I called 3x and no one answered. I finally left a message in hopes that someone would get it, but based on their past, I don’t think they even listen to their messages. If things improve I will definitely change this rating, but for the time being, they need to find a way to fix their phone problem.
