Jasmine was very unprofessional as I walked into the store and then became racist as if she didn’t want to touch my phone. I asked her if she could see what was wrong with my phone and she slammed it on the counter rather than handing it back to me cracking the back of my phone. I asked for the supervisor and she told me to get out of her store. I took a picture of her and she attempted to throw her iPad at me not caring that I was holding my 8 month old baby in my arms… this is a customer service company and the fact that I walked in for service and walked out with a cracked phone is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I am going to give it a single star because I cannot give less, it is not possible that they deceive customers with offers that do not exist and one realizes at the moment that you are going to pay the invoice, they offer free products for other purchases and they are not nothing free, I have been with this company for 5 years and really at this moment I do not recommend it to anyone
