A really nice place ane super friendly staff (Ariana on the front desk was charming)... It was clean and we were super careful to clean up food crumbs, but we still had a visit from one big cockroach. The insect net around the lanai had holes in it so we taped them up.

Had the noisiest upstairs neighbors in the world and there was absolutely no one at the front desk to complain to. Called dozens of times and tried every dial—they all lead to no one. The people upstairs have multiple kids who were running around, jumping on/off their beds, playing games and screaming and it went on from early afternoon to 3 AM. We only stayed here two nights but both were absolutely unbearable. Absolutely no costumer service and with how people are now, I didn’t feel safe going up there myself and telling them off. I’ve never had such an unbearable experience. People can be so incredibly inconsiderate but that’s what the front desk/management/security is meant to handle—this resort provided no help at all.

At least in the 2 bedrooms suites bathrooms are very spacious.
Not that I am aware. But you can contact fema itself and find fi d out what locations for those still out of power
We showed up 3 hours early 2 days before Irma came through and they let us check right in with no issues. They were fabulous. Our AC went out and they were in our unit fixing it 3 minutes after I called the office.
