When I go to return the truck, I had a pretty simple question for the man and he treated me awful. I didn’t have any attitude or anything and he didn’t even let me finish my question before he goes “I don’t know what your problem is.” There wasn’t even a problem. If he would’ve waited two seconds I could’ve shown him what I was talking about. Then he tried to scam me by saying the floor of the bed was dirty. Even though I returned it the exact condition I got it in. Awful. Never going to use Uhaul again.

Incompetent scheduling - called several times to schedule an appointment and no one answered. Finally got through to someone and scheduled an appointment to install a hitch. I arrived at the scheduled time and their customer service representatives said, "we don't do hitches on Saturdays". No apologies and the representative was extremely rude to us. He even told us to go to someone else to get it done, which is exactly what I will do.

Horrible customer service. Very small drop off line which makes you stick out in the road of you rented a 26 ft truck. To be safe we swung around to the parking lot. Instead of that being ok the associate on duty said we had to do whatever to go through the line. Not worried about the safety of the renter or their equipment.

Wow--what a bad experience at this place! They installed the wrong size hitch on my car and, when I complained, the installer called me a "Karen." Does he know that every customer complaint is not a "Karen" incident? When I dropped the car off for the installation I brought the bike rack and asked that they look at it to be certain that the correct hitch was being installed. When I returned to discuss the situation the installer was rude, told me to make an appointment if I wanted to talk to him, and kept repeating that I had signed the work order and it wasn't his responsibility to look at the bike rack or pay attention to customer concerns. I spent $265.00 for the job and simply asked that they pay for the $25 adaptor. We've purchased our bike rack and had another hitch put on another car but I don't think we'll return. While the woman at the front desk was professional, the installer was really rude.
