I've been a primary tower and sole provider for Penske for over 10 years the staff at this particular facility are the rudest I've ever seen I tow for multiple Penske locations and on many different locations including transports and have never been met by such unfriendlyness. I have the gate code to many locations for Sunday or nightly access and have always had a good experience with Penske until today. The staff here definitely needs to learn how to greet and treat the tow truck drivers alot better.
