it really depends on what company picks you up if you have to use LogistiCare again call and request Angels medical transportation to pick you up honestly they are really great

It's because of transportation company like T&L One telling me 10 mins turns into 2-3 hrs. You have to always call Logisticare right away & they send you a Lyft by text. For future reference when booking trip ask for no other but LCH Transportation, which I use and others and they've proved to be the best & caring. Definitely reliable on time with clean good Vehicle's. Safe.

I don't have motivcare but I do get transportation through my insurance medicaid ,& medicare, those companies that they Hire don't have any compassion when it comes to appointments there either to late to early or they don't come at all, we worked for what we get but they treat us as secondary citizens, they need to do better.

You have to complain to your insurance company, that is not right what they are doing. Their policies are not good practice for the patient.

Report her to motivcare and tell motivcare you need a different company for transportation they can change it so they will have a different transport company take you to your appointment

MotivCare only arranges the ride company. It's the ride company that makes the decision to leave. We hate Tricare whom we call CryCare

Yes you can. I would suggest LCH Transportation I been using them a year and haven't been late or any problems at all like the majority of others.

If it's for anything MEDICAL related, You qualify for vehicle transportation, I would recommend calling Logisticare & booking your appointment 2 days advance as required. Request LCH Transportation as they've proven always on time,care about clients,not like the majority of others, stranding you, in all my experience and others LCH is the best choice. Refuse all but LCH to logisticare. Also, Depending on what it's for, You can see your social worker/counselor, they usually have them or Logisticare will mail you a bus card. Any other questions?
