I've been ordering from them for about 2 years and am done. The food is many times not good and they ship my order ground which arrives thawed. They want me to pay extra for shipping to send it via air so that it will arrive frozen. I'm done with them.

Unfortunately my experience was awful. I don't understand why the meat is so expensive (I thought the quality is good) The quality of the steak is worst than the steak that you can get from a random store. Their stake is much more expensive (more than x2) Steaks were frozen. They messed up the order I guess they deserve one star for the side dishes? I honestly don't recommend

I love when they have the 50% off sale. What a great deal! Trina A helped us today. What a sweet person. She was so helpful and had such an uplifting sprit. It's nice when customer service exceeds expectation.

They have been super busy, even the week after Thanksgiving had to wait for 5 groups of people ahead of me. They only have two lines and were constantly getting calls.
3 to 4 days max.

Can call. They're really good about explaining the options!
Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove potato from package. Place desired number of frozen portions on an ungreased bakingsheet. Bake 40 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned. Grill: Preheat grill.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Season the roast with sea salt and black pepper and place in a roasting pan or baking dish with the fat side up. Do not cover or add water. Place the roast in the preheated oven. Reduce the temperature to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). Roast for 21 minutes (7 minutes per pound), then turn off the oven and let the roast sit in the hot oven for 2 1/2 hours. Do not open the door at all during this time. Remove the roast from the oven; the internal temperature should have reached at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). Let rest for at least 20 minutes. Carve into thin slices to serve.
I just heat it up in the microwave.
