Spend your money elsewhere! They did not check their rentals from one customer to the next, and when issues are brought to their attention, the very rude manager refers out to the 800 number. Our van was very dirty and had quite a bit of damage. We had no choice, because their were no other vans. I will never return to this Budget location.

I Understand now why the reviews are 2 stars but I think thats too generous. The person inside provided 0 solutions for me and was uninterested in finding any type resolution. I was told to make a reservation online while I was standing at the desk with the woman standing in front of me. I did. Once the reservation was made and I attempted to pay with a Corporate Amex in a Business name. I was turned away without an option for a corporate or business rental with a driver. It was an unprofessional experience to say the least as the woman who I was expecting to help and want my business just chatted with her friend about buying her property.

Made a reservation days ago for a rental van. Lynn at the Athens Georgia location called called 40 minutes prior to pickup and advised the vehicle we reserved was not available. She also told us someone from corporate would call with other options or information. Been waiting 4 HOURS for a call. Tried calling myself and after a lengthy phone tree, I got a customer service rep in Mexico City who could not help, she transferred me to another rep in Mexico who could not help. Finally got a “supervisor” who could only send an email to the inventory manager…she “does not have a direct phone number.” Still waiting on a phone call
