Store hours online and Google are inconsistent with actual hours (see photo). When I arrived after the posted hours, nobody answered the direct phone line at the store. After calling the Budget number listed (a general corporate help line), the agent instructed me to park the van in front of the store and return in the morning with the keys. I arrived prompt at 7am (when they open) with the keys and was berated by the manager who called me “entitled and self centered” (?) for blocking their entrance. First, they had just opened, so nobody was prevented from entering or exiting. Second, I followed the instructions from corporate. And third, I made an additional trip back to the store because of *their* hours being wrong…? Terrible customer service and inconsistent hours. Rent or return from literally ANY other budget location that’s not this one.

First, This location showed that it was open at the door and online, and was not in fact open. Fortunately, I was able to park the cargo van at the location until they decided to open. When I returned to give back the key, The rep at the desk wanted to charge me for gas even though I returned it the same way I got it. I even went back to the gas station to add in more gas, to which he still wanted to charge me because it wasn’t a full tank. When I picked up the car it was only 3/4 full (I took before and after pics to track the mileage for work). He stated that, “we have to fill up the truck” like the next customer isn’t the true person to do that. It was really sketch. I got to the point I had to call customer service to confirm nothing was being charged extra on my account before signing his close out paperwork. He was very condescending.
