Called the number on the website Thursday morning and made an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that appointments made using that number (a 929 number) don’t get shared with the service department. They took my car, said they would call later that day,and gave me a 718 number to call. Having heard nothing by Thursday afternoon, I called the 718 number. My service agent was not available. I was told he would call me back. I hear nothing for 24 hours. I call the 718 number. Again, I’m told my agent is not available but will call me back It is now Saturday and I’ve not heard back. I call the 718 number and learn that the service agent who did my intake is not working today. A manager has been given a note to call me, but that manager must be real busy because no callback yet I try the 929 number on the website to see if they have access to different information and it is answered by the same person who answered the 718 number Some folks must love this service center, cuz they’re really busy!

It would not be covered under basic power train But you should come by and let us take a look at what’s wrong before replacing it if it’s overheating do not drive it in have it towed You can call on Tuesday morning when we reopen and get the tow company info
They will charge you an arm and a leg for that. You may be better off going to an independent shop
