Today at 12:00pm On 09/19/2022 l had an appointment made for my vehicle at Pep boys,remind you it wasn't no walk-in, it was scheduled way out of an advance to be treated as a last minute solution for them to have oil change inspection sticker replace and a diagnostic check for squeaky noise on my vehicle. I had call numerous times to see if my vehicle was done. On the second call one of the maintenance told me the car would be done by 430 pm . I call again before the store closed and the car was not even complete at all. Nothing was done to the vehicle. I spoke to the manager and told me that to leave the car for tomorrow. Which I did not request for that, because I work with the vehicle. I requested the manager what was his proposition and gave me a vague answer. I came in person and had them conduct the oil change because they said they couldn't do the diagnostic and inspection on my vehicle, I am disappointed by the auto shop especially as a military veteran and a first time customer for Pep boys. I want a better proposition for this disappointment. Leaving my car for 6 hours so that nothing was done to the vehicle. I lost a whole entire day of jobs work.

Good customer service, but it can get very busy on weekends and you have to wait a little

Cashier was very helpful but the place lacks variety wind shield car fluid 4 dollar cheaper than gas station across the Blvd

I'm a regular at this spot. I'm always buying car oil and gas additives. They're stocked most of the times. Be on the lookout for those offers, they're pretty good
