I reserved a truck last night. I got there to pick it up and did the check in process. When I clicked on pick up it gave me an opportunity to send a message to the office which was closed. I sent the message. No one came or responded. I called Uhaul and the guy told me it was supposed to send instructions but wasn’t sure why it didn’t. He offered no assistance and seemed eager to simply cancel the reservation. I had a lot of people depending on me and a lot to get done. I would gladly pay more from a competitor. This is causing me a lot of problems.

Yes, there is. They do have a drop box service.
If the mattress can fold a bit it could go in, but better to get a 15ft truck with a ramp and a couple furniture dollies.
