Don't use this one. I rented a furniture dolly and an appliance dolly for 3 days. Should have ran me like $30. Two months later I get hit with a charge for over $250, claiming they were never returned. Contacted customer server who did not care and refused to reverse the charges. I have never had this issue with any other uhaul location.

Is this location a joke? I called in advance to reserve a trailer. I was placed on hold twice, when I called as soon as someone answered they placed me on hold. Ok, maybe they are busy. The recording on the line says you can use cash, debit, or credit to pay for your reservation. I finally get someone on the line and confirm my reservation. Then when I get to the store everything is in order and when I try to pay with cash, I’m told they had a bank error, they can’t accept cash today. Ok, so we get $20 transferred to a CashApp debit card, no worries right? WRONG, they say for a prepaid cash card you need to have a $60 deposit for a $18 trailer that usually you can pay cash for, but not today. I’m not saying they are racist, but as I stood dumbfounded at the three white faces, I couldn’t help wondering if my skin color played a part in the scenario.

This is my first experience with this location and I have to say through every bad experience and customer service I’ve had with uhaul regionally/ customer service, management has turned it around. Management cared about my situation and did everything in their power to make happen what I needed to happen. It has been a long process with the move, lots of time spent on hold and filing complaints, being passed off to the next representative with no solution, and now the end is near and management at this location made it happen, and stuck to their word. They even stayed late pass hours to accommodate my move. Management even has a kind heart towards other beside myself and situation that was noticed. Kuddos to management here, a hard deck to be dealt taking over with closures and short staffing and a busy peak time. Thank you for making things happen and caring. Uhaul keep this management team around!

If I could give a minus star, I would. When i arrived to get propane the gentleman wearing a green uhaul polo shirt totally ignored me. He walked away while i was saying multiple times, "Sir, I have a question" Once inside the store, I asked the same gentleman if there was anyone that could help me fill 3 tanks with propane. He said "No". About 10 minutes later he walked outside and shouted back for whomever was driving the white van to park it in a parking space. I told him it was my white van. I then asked if i could park it next to the propane tanks. He said "No, because they were out of propane." I said, "You could have told me that 15 minutes ago when i asked you about if there was anyone that could help me fill my tanks. He said very sarcastically and with a smirk, "I did, I told you No". I was very unsatisfied with my first and only visit to this location.

It can be stored in the storage unit outside. As suggested by Adair, it's not a good idea.
