Yes they do, in fact, I own one that is Accessible! The large roll-in shower is very much appreciated by many of our guests, including seniors who don't like to climb into the bath tub. It also makes showering the little ones that bit easier too.
Yes! They put us in one in building 18, near the pier, pool, volleyball, restaurant... basically everything. It’s very accessible. Hand held shower and everything! No lip on the shower, roll right in. And the place is huge! 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have queens, one has two twins and the couch pulls out, so you could sleep 8 ppl!) 2 bathrooms. The one stated above and the one with a tub/shower combo in master with grab bars. It’s a little dated, but comfortable and clean and near everything.
All the condos are individually owned. At this time, I would have to say No.
