I made an appointment with Eric on September 1. When I arrived the front desk said my appointment was October 1. We are traveling from Texas and leaving on September 3. So there was no way I made an appointment in October. I was asked if i would use someone else. I had googled the reviews and Eric was suppose to be the best. I asked who was I to see. Michelle was on break, but she came to speak with me. I told her I have had some horrible experiences from hairdressers, I was leary. After she consulted me and my concerns she told me she would make an appointment the next day. Michelle did awesome with my hair color and cut. Wish I lived here just so she could always do my hair. I would highly recommend her. You will also leave realizing you have a friend too.
