I never used the email except to print out my reservation. However if you call someone will answer. Also it is a really great place to stay. Everytime I go to Central Florida I stay here at some point. There is a pretty good resturant on site called Tradewinds. There is also a nice kids pool, if you have children. The condos are nice, with washers & dryers too. The check-in people are good natured & polite. Enjoy your stay.
