I toured the Lofts today with Tara and she was so informative. I appreciated that she took the time to ask if there was anything in the apartment that I did not see and would like to have in the unit. She was able to answer every question that I needed an answer for. Hopefully I will become a future resident at The Lofts.

Terrible customer service!!! Showed up for my 4:15pm 3/24/21 appointment to be told they had NO 1 bedrooms available. Not sure how that happened overnight when the NEW lady confirmed with her supervisor!!! Actually I received a 2nd call to ask me what I was looking for before my appointment. Seems like they were trying to rent me a 2 bedroom just selfish and definitely wasted my time which the lady didn't care!

Update 6/2020 Decided not to renew daughters lease. Tara is the greatest leasing staff. She will work with you to resolve any issues just be patient. The only reason the leasing wasn't renewed is because my daughter no longer wanted to live in Durham after graduating. On 9/1/2019 My daughter renewed her lease. The loft is roughly 8 minutes from NCCU which is the school my daughter attends. As stated in my previous post the area isn't that great but the townhomes and apartments are nice. They are one of the better looking ones in the area. You have a gated parking lot which is a plus and also, a security system thay came with the townhome. My daughter had to activate it and pay a monthly fee, well worth it. I am grateful to Tara for working with me because I am a out of state parent. Any issues that I have she promptly response back. May God bless her. 9/13/2019 Tara is an very nice individual. I had the opportunity to me her in August so I decided to repost. Like I mentioned before be patient which I know can be a very difficult thing to do when you are paying your rent money monthly. They have a lot of units to manage so things can take time. My rule of thumb is allow 72 hours for a call back then do a follow up if you haven't hard back. Hopefully by the third day your issue has been address.

The apartment complex is in a great location. The only issue is that some of the buildings don't have an elevator.
