One of the president happens to be the lawyer of the HOA which is a conflict of interests, in addition to that he doesn’t return calls . His name is David Wicker.They are not taking care of this property or their tenants! BTW fix the potholes !

The apartments are good, but the pot holes can break your car and the place is dangerous there are shotting every week.Not a safe place to live LOCK YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS

This place has potential but the pot holes in the road are absolutely absolutely annoying, I mean they ruin the cars and they make no effort to fix them what so ever. Not to meantion the high crime not even the police care at this point.

GoDurham bus 3B passes by the complex and stops at the intersection of Junction Rd and Ross Rd.
Seems that now in 2020 average rents for 2 beds go between $1000 - $1275 around this area compared to back in 2012 when they were between $800 - $1000. When you apply you typically need to have 3 times the rent in income and provide proof as well as credit and background check and rental history verification too. Hope that helps.
