I will give more than Zero star if I could. The new management is a nightmare. Put in work for the past month and half and the work is still not done.

Don't ever make this apartment your home. I have been living here for 5 years and it was good but ever since Dayton management took over its been a nightmare!!!! THEY ARE RUDE!! Especially the manager Victoria. Maintenance requests are never attended to even for 2 weeks. In both the laundromat area most of the machines are in out of order. Both the swimming pools were closed down the whole of summer and the water was green in the pools. Pest control is very bad and recently there have been a lot of mosquitoes and now even rats. WATER LEAKAGE EVERWHERE!!!

Update August 2022: Summer meadows 5/5 The Dayton 0/5 Been here for 5 months, and the team has been great. Alex has gone above and beyond for me. Maintenance requests are fulfilled at speeds I never thought possible. These may not be the nicest apartments, but the location is great and the value is unmatched, even despite the recent increases, as that's happening across the board in Plano.
