One of the most bizarre and offensive situations I've been in. I went in for a consultation for a BBL this past week. I went with my at-home covid test, not having read their email instructions that the results needed to come from a lab. I asked the lady working the front desk if I should reschedule, but she said to come in anyways. She was relentless about this mistake I made and even printed out the email she sent to me, highlighting where she stated it needed to be from a lab. She is clearly afraid of this doctor because then she told me "you're going to get me in trouble with my boss". Which, lady, I don't blame you for being afraid of that strange, women-hating man. Once the doctor came into the office he immediately asked me where I want to take the fat from. I told him my arms. He said, there's not enough fat there (I had a jacket on). I told him, "well that's why I am here for a consultation, aren't you supposed to tell me where?". When he asked me to show my abdomen, I told him I needed a robe to undress since I was wearing a onesie. He literally said "jesus christ" and opened the door and yelled out "I need a robe. Jesus, I only have one person working here." (which it's true - it's a team of two, him and this terrified should-be-retired lady doing everything else, including responding to these google reviews). But the worst thing of all, is that when he asked me to take off my jacket, he saw the scars I have on my arms. He said "WOAH what happened?". What happened is I have dermatillomania and this is a terrible and unprofessional way to react to someone's skin. He is a doctor and should know better. On top of all of this, he is priced way higher than any other board-certified plastic surgeon in the area and has the most terrifying office. Please do not waste your $300 consolation fee like I did.

I wanted to say that Angela from Dr. Hughes office is one of the best!! Every time I have called she has answered and been so helpful and friendly. Genuinely appreciate her kindness. I also had a virtual consult with Dr. Hughes. It was a new experience never having had a virtual consult before. He was very thorough and patient and professional. He answered all of my questions and was able to articulate what would work for me and my body.

I went to Dr. Hughes for a mini BBL and lipo revision to fix what the previous surgeon did. I am impressed with Dr. Hughes level of skill and knowledge. He gave me expert advice on what was possible, along with things he did not recommend. It is a nice and reassuring feeling to have complete trust with your surgeon. He is honest and does what is best for the patient. Post-op was very easy. I healed well and quickly thanks to Dr. Hughes. Overall, I am very happy with my results. The staff was friendly, quick to respond, and professional. I also met Dr. Hughes father on the day of surgery, as well as post-op. His father was very kind and welcoming. If I could have done things all over again, I would have went to Dr. Hughes in the first place. He gives the best results possible. Thank you Dr. Hughes!

Amazing experience with his staff and the doctor himself. Dr. Hughes is extremely talented he makes sure you fully understand the importance of aftercare. Most doctors tell you what you want to hear to get your money not Dr. Hughes he is very honest & all about safety. I got lipo 360, tummy tuck and fat transfer to the hips and I couldn’t be happier. In fact I was so happy I went back and got a breast lift and back lift.... boy oh boy let me tell you about the miracle he performed on me (*)(*).

These issues will require a history and greater knowledge of your issues as well as an exam and possibly imaging to provide meaningful information to you.
