Michael was awesome. When I walked into the showroom it very bright and shiny, very clean. I talked to Michael and he suggested several beds for me to try. He brought the two I preferred and i tried them out. He was very easy to work with and I ultimately purchased my mattress from him. He set up delivery for the next day and the delivery guys were also awesome, very friendly. I will definately be using and suggesting them to people I know.

Michael was phenomenal! He was extremely personable and took his time to work with us. He really made sure we loved our bed and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I really appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need! I really appreciate his guidance and patience during our buying process. What a great experience at Mattress Firm last night. After visiting five different shops and being completely unable to determine which adjustable base I should purchase, all of my questions were finally answered. The salesperson encouraged me to try the beds and helped me with all of the features, even pointing out some things on the remote that I didn't notice. You can imagine that I was pretty overwhelmed with this decision making especially after visiting so many shops. I actually had a selection on hold at another place. But the sales person showed me some features I really liked on an adjustable base that was very well priced. And they agreed to price match with free delivery and set-up. And they agreed to deliver it within 2 days, which is something I could not get anywhere else. It was late in the evening oh, about an hour before closing when I showed up. The sales person and her partner, Zama and Diane, we're just such a great team. We even shared some belly laughs as I was paying. I would definitely shop here again. Mattresses are so important and it really is overwhelming. I felt like they simplified much of the complexity for me and they're Pleasant dispositions made me a huge fan of the shop. I own vacation rentals and I do shop for mattresses and replace mattresses and beds very frequently. But this was truly an outstanding and rare experience. Thank you both!
