Horrible company. I called to cancel my membership about a week ago and only got the voicemail, and I still have not received a call back to cancel this horrible excuse for medical coverage. This minimum essential coverage, does not even cover for lab testing, yet it claims to cover preventive and wellness visits. An absolute scam and a fraud of a company. They will take your money, but not cover for any bare basic services, not even COVID testing and we are still in a pandemic. I would have been better off saving the money I paid them.

I called to question a bill and was told the agent that had told me the procedure was fully covered wasn't trained properly and sorry but I should have known it wasn't covered. I asked to speak to billing to cancel my account. While on hold (the second time for over 15 minutes) the message said an agent would call me back if I wanted. I opted to have a call back and left a message. I did not get a call back, instead I got an email saying my service was cancelled. This would have been fine except while I waited for the call back I changed my mind on cancelling the service. The staff is not properly trained and they don't do what they say they will. Cheap insurance comes at a cost and in this case it's honesty and a properly trained staff. UPDATE: I got a call from Affordable Benefit Choices today. They tried the same tactic as Agentra, take no responsibility for the inaccurate information given to me in the first place and just offer to negotiate the bill for me. They also tried to imply I didn't get a call back because I had dialed an incorrect number although when I said I had been transferred and hadn't dialed the number the phone went silent. Bottom line again, cheap is just that cheap. Bargain prices doesn't mean top level service although you would expect a person's health to be important enough to a company they would want the best trained staff they could have. Evidently cheap also applies to training when it comes to these two companies.

I singed up in Oct. And it took me forever to get a card. I called several times. I have now moved to AZ and will need to find a dr. When i was in CA and started this plan i had to call and call and call dr's to find one who were accepting patients. I worse part of that was phone numbers were wrong, they would say general practice and three different drs and numbers kept sending me to a downs syndrome clinic! I only need something until March other wise i would have changed. I turn 65 in March. Good luck I was really wondering also if it was a fraud? But again I haven't tried to use it yet.

They should have sent it 5-7 business days after you applied. If not just call them and let them know you need your card their pleasant and friendly it shouldn't be a problem! 🤔
