One of the most beautiful flower arrangements my mom ever received! My dad wanted me to get a special bouquet for my mom as a surprise. I called right before they closed and they said no problem. I picked up a dozen roses at noon the next day. They were so kind. The roses bloomed perfectly, my mom was raving about them!

Have used this flower shop 4 times now! The service is wonderful, even if they are swamped, the lady that takes the orders is nice and courteous. Flowers are delivered at the time and date you want them to be. And telefloram through them was wonderful. Since this shop is close to our home, we are going to use it all the time! One day, I'll get that lady's name.☺️

I was a little apprehensive ordering flowers on line from somewhere I’ve never heard of and especially from over 100 miles away. You’ll never know what you are getting by. This order was to be delivered to the Davenport on Valentines Day and unfortunately the really bad weather we had been getting in our town created a emergency that caused us to check out early and return home to take care of some issues and not able to receive the special arrangement for my lovely bride. I figured it was my loss and I’d just eat it. Later that day I missed A call from The flower shop. Monday was a holiday and I was not able to get in touch with them as well due to the weather and they’re short hours. Again I just figured it was my loss. Tuesday I did get a phone call from the florist and explained my situation and she offered me a full 100% refund. That in itself was priceless. And for that I will recommend this florist to anybody looking for flowers or any type of an arrangement to be delivered. They went above and beyond and even though we did not get the flowers she put a special smile on my face and will always be my go to flower shop in Spokane.
