I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars. My mom and I were out looking for mother of the bride dresses. It was recommended by a nearby store to check out Audrey’s. We had a terrible experience. My mom was interested in a dress, however it only had a size small and a XXL. My mom mentioned to the employee who was helping us that she is a size medium. Victoria then interrupts and proceeds to tell my mom very rudely “you are bigger than a size medium” and then tries to pressure her into trying on the XXL. My mom then asks when they’ll get their next shipment in for that dress, in which Victoria, again responds very rudely and condescendingly, that she doesn’t know due to supply and demand issues. We love supporting local boutiques but I was absolutely appalled by the lack of respect and customer service we experienced. I will never recommend Audrey’s.

I was a little nervous to get measured for a bra. I had not been measured in years. I knew I needed to be measured, because all of the places I have been to were so disappointing. No bra would fit me. And I don't like under wire or padded bras. I have been wearing jogging bras, which don't supply the support I need. I made an appointment. I don't know if they accept walk-ins for bra measurements. I was surprised how quickly they ascertained my size and found a bra to support me. They have beautiful dresses / clothes I did not look at closely. I came for help with bras I saw what they called the "Bra Whisperer". I was happily surprised how quickly things transpired. I would purchase from them again. She is definitely the "Bra Whisperer"! Make sure you try on everything before you leave the store. For instance? If you purchase a bra and you love it? And they offer you another bra on the spot? Please try on all bras before you leave the store. That way, you can confirm that all of the bras will fit you. I have often found that if you purchase a bra in one name brand? And then try a different name brand? Same size? They may not fit the same. Customer service was great. Very attentive. Prices were reasonable. Store was clean and organized. They have handicapped parking. There is a wheelchair ramp to get into the building. The door is not automated (someone needs to hold it for you).

I had been looking for a bra online for WEEKS, but I had no idea what size to order after having a breast fed baby last year. I was in desperate need of some new bras, so I went to Audrey’s knowing they would be able to help me find the right size. I was pleasantly surprised that I recognized many of the bras I had seen in my online shopping attempts on the racks of Audrey’s Boutique. I was immediately greeted by a delightful sales associate who recommended I try out her personal favorite brand, Evelyn & Bobbie, a woman-owned Portland based company. After trying a couple of sizes and styles, we arrived at the best option and I opted to buy three. The sales associate was kind enough to include a free pair of Evelyn & Bobbie underwear, which I loved so much I ordered 10 more pairs from the site directly. While I was at Audrey’s, I also enjoyed looking at their wide selection of clothing and ended up purchasing a shirt in addition to the bras. I will be back soon!
