Came in to make a purchase. At checkout I was offered to save 10% by signing up for auto delivery..sounds great! What was NOT disclosed, was that I did not meet the free shipping minimum and that it would cost extra.. which I found out on my first shipment and I prompty canceled it. 25% more than the original price! Incredibly misleading and I would never have agreed with the info I now know.

This line of business is always spendy, but what I was looking for was available and the staff was immediately available to help my wife find what she was looking for. I plan to go there again when I need supplements I used to buy from Swanson's Health Products, who word-gamed themselves out of a long time customer.

I came in today to pickup an on-line order. There was only one person working and she was helping another customer for quite a while. I waited at the counter and then another customer was waiting behind me. I think it would be helpful to have two employees working at the same time.
