I ordered two rose bouquets for my wife and mother for Valentine’s Day. Toi & Kate did such a wonderful job! Very reasonable prices for the quality and work that goes into the arrangements. My wife and mother were very pleased! I will use them for all my future flower needs. I will also tell all my friends and family where to get flowers in spokane. Thanks again guys!! (Please read my update to this below). My flower arrangement for Mother's Day was uninspired and not very pretty. Yellow roses put in with a ton of yellow daisies? Torn leaves and filler flowers already starting to wilt, so not very fresh. Many stalks cut too short and unevenly. In addition, a cheap vase and cheap chocolates. It was low quality and looked thrown together. UPDATE: The owner contacted me immediately and supplied me with a fresh bouquet. It was an example of great customer service and truly caring about making the situation right.

Overall floral product was decent. But florist was deceptive on pricing and fees. I ordered over the phone and was told the price was 75$ delivered. My card was charged 101$ because they forgot to include delivery and credit card fees. When I asked for a bill they continually failed to produce one. I will not use this florist again! Update 09MAR21: Attempted 2 more phone calls to receive a receipt detailing the costs of the flowers I purchased, the florist could not produce one. Seems like they are quick to reply to google reviews but still can't produce baseline customer service.
