I never got a physical card. Just a copy online!
You can go to the member portal and download a temporary ID card, 10-15 days is a typical time but at this time of year mail time may be delayed.
You should have gotten it by now! Call them Monday and tell them the importance of you having it. Or go online and see if there's somewhere you can download a temporary one?
