I have been promised since last December and still haven't received my cards or my policy by mail paper form
you people suck at AGENTRA thank god I havent got sick or worst hurt God only knows what will happen when one of the doctor bills get sent to you for payment. GET IT TOGETHER AGENTRA???!!!!!!!
Guy Ghirardi....have you filed your claim? Did you read all your information in your Members portal? Have you contacted Agentra for assistance with your issues?
