If I could give no stars, I would! The guy at the front desk has absolutely NO friendly customer service! Horribly rude!! Also, when I booked online, it said "Pay at Check In with cash, credit, or debit". I did have to provide a card on file though, which is understandable. I get a call 5 hours before my check in, by the guy at the front desk, saying I needed to make the payment by 10am otherwise my reservation was canceled and just hung up on me!! I wasn't due to check in until 2pm! Completely rude!! Nothing calm or friendly about him! I understand if someone is having a bad day, but to start out with an attitude from get go is absolutely uncalled for when I did nothing to him! I will never stay at the Auburn Econo Lodge again! I'll take my business over to Midland.

Booked room for 2 nights and visited family after first night. Returned to room with it cleared out, several items stolen, and our meals and souvenir fudge thrown away. We were informed then that the clerk only booked 1 night instead of the 2 requested. No compensation for our missing items. Terrible treatment. They didnt call my cell to even check if we were alive. Incredibly rude treatment.

We stay every time we come up to vist Frankenmuth and the manager Tim is always very welcoming and the pool is good. Hot tub needs to be open though Is my only thing. Oh country is amazing as well when something is wrong country fixes it. Definitely recommend. 😊

Ive been booking rooms for a few weeks now. The staff here are amazing. Very friendly and welcomed me and my family. My kids love coming here to swim. I will continue my services at this hotel.
