Room was clean and people were helpful and friendly..the only not so great was the view from window..Not their fault the empty lot next door had garbage..Would definitely stay again and the breakfast was awesome...😁

Positive: Breakfast was timely and good for the basic. Negative: May room did not have a chair for the desk in the room. I asked for a chair but never received it. I had to used the coffee table and a cushion from the sofa.

Positive: Overall quite and room was clean. Negative: Location of ice machines in proximity to rooms¿people in rooms are disturbed by the ice machine users all day and all night.

I booked a reservation with this hotel accidentally on the wrong date and they told me I couldn’t receive a refund and they didn’t tell me why, And when their upper management got in contact with her the employee name was (Summer) said that my reservation was not even in the system at all and continued to lie about the reservation and me coming in. So if you accidentally book for the wrong date they will not refund you.
