We reserved our room 3rd party and the desk clerk came at my husband as soon as we qalked in the door. Telling him his card didn't go through and he qas going to have to call and figure out and she was going to sit in the kitchen while she waited. Before she got there he had them on the line and they were calling here. She gave them lip service too. However, we got into our room which was nice bit dated. The whirlpool tub worked and was great. Everything in the room was nice. The rug could've used a vacuuming. As we took our luggage up on the cart the clerk yelled out for us to leave to cart out in the hallway and she would come get it. In a rude tone. My husband responded that he would brong ot back down since he wasn't rude or lazy. After all that we skipped the free breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. But, the bed was too soft. The vent in bathroom was very noisy. The carpet was old dirty and the room had a bit of pet odour to it. I sprayed Frebreze and it was much better. Would have been nice to know that the pool was closed before we got there.

Decent room for 6 people. Booked through a parent company who said the pool was open. Got to the location and it wasn't. Registration was rude at check in and called within 10 minutes to tell us we were being too loud - we were on the second floor, breakfast room was below us and there were no rooms next to us. Not a bad place to stay but definitely check with someone actually at the hotel to make sure the amenities are actually available.

Best hotel experience I think I ever had. Room is beautiful, convenient location off of I95, best hotel In Savannah. Great value and inexpensive. The lady working the front desk, Angel, was extremely friendly and cheerful and put me in good spirits too. Thank you!
