When arriving at hotel, I was greeted by the woman and the front desk. She was stressed out trying to do as much as she could. She was only one person and I was very patient with her. The room was being remodeled, but there were several issues that could have been fixed. 1. There was literally a pack of open sausage left in the fridge. 2. There was clumps of hair left in the drain(totally able to see it) 3. The lamps had one working light bulb and the other was shattered. 4. The latch on the door had enough space in-between to where there wasn't even any reason for security. This wasn't the worse hotel I've ever stayed at...there are just minor things of inconvenience that needs to be taken care of to I sure a pleasant stay is secured. The breakfast was stellar though. There were plenty of choices and it was a hot breakfast... Not just a continental breakfast. That was greatly appreciated after a long night of driving.

This place is horrible, ac barely works, staff said they have no one to fix it, refrigerator is warm and again they don’t have a replacement or someone to repair, they have a complementary coffee pot by the lobby but as stated by the staff no one was there that knew how to make a pot of coffee. My company has 3 rooms booked here for minimum of 3 nights a week every week due to construction contract in town. If something was able to be done by the staff to address these issues it perhaps would make for a better stay. That’s if you can get them off their phones to acknowledge you are standing in the lobby, If anything else comes available I believe staying somewhere else would be best.

This is by far the worse Choice Hotel experience I’ve ever had. It’s amazing they charge $100+/stay. It’s not worth $50/stay. 1. No towels in the bathroom upon arriving in my room 2. The door to my room didn’t close properly 3. Bedside reading lamp didn’t work 4. Both bedside outlets didn’t work 5. No towels provided in gym 6. No foot straps on exercise bike in gym 7. Empty Kleenex box upon arriving in room 8. No ice bucket provided in room 9. Had to travel multiple floors to get ice for my personal cooler - 2nd & 3rd floor machines were empty; 1st floor machine luckily had ice (yay!) 10. Hallway floors were grimy, dirty and needed vacuuming (hotel maintenance 101) IMO, Comfort Suites and the Choice Hotel brand in general have really gone down hill. The service is atrocious and the staff is obviously not properly trained. Hilton and Marriott are a better investment for your money.

Comfort suites is in the name...Comfort! Hotel for 5days experienced. Immediately! 1.The room smelled like cigarettes 2.Suite sink did not work. 3.The TV glitches even though no forecast or rain. 4.TV remote worked when it wanted. 5. Requested towels...None 6. Never emptied trash but 1time then never replaced the bag. 7. Door doesn't close improperly hinged or too big. 8. Key card deactivated twice for no apparent reason. 9. Sofa was ripped and had several unknown stains. 10. Side doors of the hotel were open, just open, no need for a key card. Oh did I mentioned the entry card door only closed if you secure it shut promptly? Hope your not rushing to go anywhere and think that door closed.

Not happy they charged us $25.00 for small pet 18lbs. One day not going there again. LA QUINTA IS GREAT NO PET CHARGE great breakfast very clean and friendly
