Booked a three night stay left after one. Mattresses were awful. I instantly sank to the box spring when laying on it. Pool was murky and oily looking (or full of pee). Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and above air conditioning. Air-conditioner held in place by a 2 x 4 in the room. We stayed on the first floor and had a solid floor. We took a wet towel swiped the floor because it felt sticky and towel turned black like it’s never cleaned. Room had a mold and mildew smell and evidence of mold on ceiling. But the ROACHES EVERYWHERE that was the kicker. Every time we entered and exited the building there were signs of dead roaches laying on their back by the doors. I mentioned it to the hotel staff and they said that they had just sprayed for roaches the other day and that they were just trying to find a place to die. We checked out immediately. We booked through one of those booking websites and lost two days of money and drove eight hours home. Look for another joint. I’m only writing this recommendation to hopefully detour someone else from making the same mistake. The Holiday Inn right next-door looks nice.

Dirty and disgusting. A few minutes after getting in the room, here comes the roaches! Do not stay here. I am on a budget but I still have standards. No apology needed from the hotel, just clean your property! Gross

I stayed for two nights. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. Bed was comfortable, water pressure and temp was good, AC and toilet worked, sheets and towels were clean. The room was not spotless but it wasn’t filthy dirty. I was comfortable and I felt safe!!! Breakfast was juice, bagels, cereal, oatmeal packs and waffles you make yourself. I would definitely stay again.

We came back for a second time to fly out because of the excellent customer service by Henry. He was extremely helpful and assisted us with our bags and provided a shuttle. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly check in staff , great hotel !
