The room we were assigned had bed bugs. I still can't believe I paid as much as I did to stay at a hotel that had bed bugs. I didn't come in with them and I was definitely not trying to take any home with me. Imagine my disgust when I wake up to find a bug crawling on the towel I had used to cover myself while sleeping. Even worse there was more than one that I found in the room. And they were alive. I will try and upload the photos and videos I took, but I found them in both beds. Needless to say our 2 night trip was cut short and we left that hotel. So sad I am still waiting to hear from management regarding my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying at this place and if you do, stay at your own risk.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. There were a few minor inconveniences (our room didn't have enough towels, we were missing hand soap and shampoo, and the pool towels were too small to even be considered towels) but nothing that would keep us from visiting here again. Great value for the price.

Although the people were very friendly and the room seemed clean, my mother woke up, turned on the lights and had a cockroach next to her. It 8 AM, which is later than the normal hours for cockroaches and typically means a wider infestation (I unfortunately discovered this after doing some research on their cockroaches). It also didn’t move when the lights were turned on and it saw us…also not a good sign for infestations. It was alive when we captured it and gave it to the front reception. We were told to email the manager. Just as horrifying as the event itself is the fact it has now been 48 hours since my mother sent the manager an email with a photo and she has not received a response!!! This is completely unacceptable. We have stayed at this hotel before and not had an issue but based on the lack of response from the manager over such an event we will no longer stay here. (I confirmed the email address was correct based on the business card my mother was given from the reception). Apparently, they don’t think cockroaches are a big deal in your bed, so beware if you are staying here! (I will update this on the off chance the manager ever responds to my mother’s email.)

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly. Once I entered my room I examined it as I do all of the hotel rooms that I stay in. I notice a lot of pet hair on the bed skirt of both beds in my room. There wasn’t any bath towels in the bathroom. I had to call the front desk for someone to come clean the pet hair and bring bath towels. Overall it was an ok experience. I’m giving 3 stars because of how nice the front desk staff members were.

Yes, we just stayed there last month (May 2021) with our two small dogs and pets were allowed. There is a $20 pet fee.
I travel a lot for work and we always stay at a la quinta. Never had an issue with them until I stay here. The lady that check me in was very rude and the rest of the staff was the same
