We tried to stay here, we checked in and then right back out. We always do a mattress check, because we all saw that 60 minutes documentary. Well. We found bugs, plural. Nested in the mattress. They were alive and kicking. We showed the attendant on site, ans they stated the manager would have to issue the refund. Weeks went by and nothing had to call 4 more times to get a manager, and 3 weeks later we had the refund. The thing is, the onsite attendant did not seemed surprised by the photos and did not seem shocked... 😑 Wanted to warn everyone as i wish I had known, the reviews looked fine. And we had to drive home 4+ hours instead of staying the night. Also, black build up on the mattress

Older hotel with thin walls and noisy guests. Kids and dogs constantly running in the room directly above me for a week, with zero help from the staff, NOT even willing to make a phone call, (even after days of complaining)but willing to move us out of a one bdrm suite to a regular room without a discount, we booked for two weeks. Oh the cable stops working for hours at a time. A nightmare stay.

This is the first time that I have no complaints regarding a hotel stay. The hotel staff were friendly, the cleaning staff was friendly, the hotel lobby and my room were very clean, and it is a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast items were very good and the area very clean. The location is great! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will stay again. Did I mention that this hotel is PET FRIENDLY??

The staff was amazing. They were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a perfect location with access to dining and entertainment. However, the room was not up to par. There was hair everywhere! There was hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor, on the sofa, and on the counter where the TV was sitting. It was both human and animal hair. There was old food stain in the kitchen sink, and a coffee stain around the kitchen sink. There was also old urine stains around the attachment of the toilet seat. Even though staff was helpful and super friendly, I will not be returning to this particular hotel. I've stayed in other Home 2 Suites, and I didn't have any of these issues. I hope this will help housekeeping to really deep clean their rooms better. It made me feel that the room wasn't thoroughly clean as it should have been or advertised. Especially with the pandemic going on.

No. Shuttle is to airport and local shopping at same exit.
Well, yes and no. The incidentals is not a fee, it's actually just an authorization (usually $25/night) that drops off at checkout. It's in case of damages or if you would like to purchase anything from the suite shop and have it billed to your room.
