Well, yes and no. The incidentals is not a fee, it's actually just an authorization (usually $25/night) that drops off at checkout. It's in case of damages or if you would like to purchase anything from the suite shop and have it billed to your room.
They did take it 'off', but put on a $5 charge because I used a Credit Card.. I did NOT take or buy anything... So. $106/night cost $124.71... (local tx, state text & cc fee).
